Greeley’s new City Center building located at 1001 11th Avenue, will now be called City Center South.

The City Hall Annex and Focus Building located at 1100 10th Street, will be renamed City Center North.

Although a small change, these new names represent a part of the city’s larger project to create a cohesive downtown government campus where residents can find and access government services and offices.

The soon-to-be-called City Center North houses the building inspection, building permits, code compliance, community development, community safety and fire prevention, construction services, economic health and housing, natural resources, and planning and zoning departments. City Center South contains Greeley’s IT Department, the Water and Sewer Department administration offices, and Greeley Municipal Court.
